After watching these pics I am sure you will start thinking as what the product designer was thinking while designing these weird toothbrushes.
1)People on toothbrush
2) This toothbrush will clean your teeth perfectly. Either you use the brush side or brass knuckles to clean your teeth.

I don't want to get hurt but i have read the comments of people on amazon who have purchased similar products and many of them are quite happy with it.
Shake Toothbrush
We shake our brushes 700 while brushing during a time span of minutes. This brush stores the kinetic energy produced during this time to keep it bacteria free. The energy is converted into UV radiation and make toothbrushing more secure .
